Brick Fundraiser
Become a part of our exciting history by purchasing a personalized commemorative brick to line the meandering sidewalk through "Serenity Woods".
The personalized commemorative brick in honor or in memory of a loved one benefits the historical society's mission to preserve our heritage in recognizing those who have shaped our area.
Brick ordering begins May 2024 and closes January 15, 2025. The commemorative bricks will be installed May 2025.
Every town has a story to tell. Here is where our story will be told.
"Niagara, named for these falls, lies along the river on small, ladder-like bluffs opposite the main ridge. The Kimberly-Clark Paper Mill Plant, employing one-fourth of the population, cleaves to the top and side of the main ridge, a sprawling concrete structure hanging over the village, like a medieval fortress. At night the village seems very small, very silent, and very dark under the lights of the mill, the incessant roar of the falls, and the long deep shadows from the high ridge." Wisconsin, a Guide to the Badger State 1941.
The Niagara Area Historical Society Inc was founded in 1994. It is a place where people can come together to collaborate in preserving our history and discovering their own. The Niagara Area Historical Society Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
